the north county line and North Road; thence south along North Road to
SR 59; thence west on SR 59 to the Clinton River; thence southwest along
the meanders of the Clinton River to Garfield Road; thence south along
Garfield Road to 14 Mile Road; thence east along 14 Mile Road and its
extension to Lake St. Clair, Michigan
